Plans, upgrades, and cancellations
Plans control how much you can crawl, how many seats or projects you keep, and which advanced modules are available. Upgrades usually apply immediately; downgrades and cancellations follow your billing provider rules.
Subscriptions, payments, invoices, and usage limits.
Steps
- Open account or billing settings from your profile or workspace menu.
- Review the current plan name, renewal date, and any trial or coupon state before changing anything.
- To upgrade, select a higher tier, confirm the new price and billing cycle, and complete checkout if prompted.
- To cancel, use the cancel subscription control and read the effective date: access may continue until the end of the paid period.
- Export or save any reports you need before access changes, if your plan limits historical retention.
Common pitfalls
- Assuming cancellation deletes data instantly — retention and export rules depend on product policy and law.
- Upgrading mid-cycle without reading proration notes and the next invoice total.
Frequently asked questions
Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-period?
Refund policies vary by region, payment method, and terms shown at purchase. When in doubt, contact support with your invoice id.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
If pause is offered, it will appear in billing settings. Otherwise downgrade to the smallest tier or contact support for enterprise arrangements.
