Exports, downloads, and sharing report links
Exports are often generated asynchronously. Shared links may require the recipient to be logged into the same workspace or use a time-limited public link if your plan supports it.

Steps
- After requesting an export, wait for completion notification or refresh the downloads list.
- If the download link expired, regenerate the export from the same report run.
- For sharing, copy the canonical report URL and confirm the recipient has a seat or guest access as designed.
- Check browser download settings if files land in quarantine or are blocked by corporate policy.
Common pitfalls
- Sharing a URL that includes a private session token copied from the address bar in an unusual way.
- Expecting anonymous viewers to see paid report detail without a sharing feature enabled.
