Transparency reports standardize crawler identity strings for public interest sites

The schema complements—not replaces—existing robots logs. It adds signed CSV drops for watchdogs and aligns names with reverse-DNS where possible.

Implementation burden is low for sites already shipping nightly log aggregates to object storage.

Watch for false positives when CDNs collapse user-agents; include edge headers that preserve original agent strings for analysis jobs.
